We used Main Street Design for our kitchen remodeling in
2004. They made it a very pleasant experience from start to
finish. These folks are very professional, they give you a
calendar and timeline for the project so that you can plan
accordingly, work well within your budget and offer
suggestions that are cost-effective and beautiful. We have
heard many horror stories about kitchen remodeling projects,
but Main Street Design made us a believer!

completed at the end of July, except for the gutters around
the screened porch. It is October and still no gutters.
After 2 dozen courteous messages that we have left for him
we get no response. There were some damages from his crew
which he rectified. The lawn was completely destroyed due to
the length of the job.

fashion and the pricing was reasonable.
( We had contacted ME Flow and after their
consultation were informed that the coil and pan
needed to be replaced for $1450 - Mr. Miranda said
there was nothing wrong with the coil or pan and the
condensate piping level had to be fixed to stop the
leaking; total cost $385. Problem
solved!)

he does an excellent job and is dependable. When another
local HVAC company left us with an unfinished job HVAC USA
cleaned up the problem quickly and reasonably. I have also

Alice was a tremendous resource when we wanted to refresh
our home. We had a furnished house but it needed a lift.
Alice re-worked what we had, suggested and then shopped with
me for a few key accessories, and miraculously got rid of
the clutter. She is much more than an interior decorator.

Buyer Beware!! Larry Townsend does not hold a Business
License. His work especially carpentry, deck restoration,
etc. are way below standard. He does not use drop cloths
when interior and exterior painting and unfortunately,
paints (exterior) over rotten wood instead of repairing as
promised. He hires (sub-contractors) and therefore does not
guarantee their work.
We have reported him to the Leesburg Police Department as
well as contacted our Attorney. Unfortunately, because
Larry Townsend does not hold a Business License, we are
liable for any expenses related to Court costs, his Attorney
costs, etc. for bringing him to trial.
Note: Larry is a very 'friendly' guy, knocks on doors
through out Woodlea and Greenway Farms, to obtain business.

Don has taken off the storm windows, replaced all the rotten
wood found behind the storm windows, washed the windows
before painting, replaced the clean storm window frames and
windows. Don also refinished two tables we have as well as
repairing a couple of kitchen chairs that had gotten broken.
He does excellent work and is very thorough. He lives on the
property of caterer Karen Fuog and is listed on her phone
service.

I have had a service agreement with this company since the
summer we moved here. The service agreement is a little
expensive, but was reduced by $100.00 the 2nd year. You
don't have to have a service agreement, though. Individual
30 day programs are available as well. Initially, I needed
them for silverfish in the attic. It was a persistent
problem, but Western was diligent and professional and I
have not had a problem since that first summer with
silverfish. I have been very pleased with the outcome of any
concern we have reported to Western.

was very pleased. Several months later a roofer, looking for
work door to door told me I had two large holes in our roof
made by squirrels. I called Cedar Shakes and told them
about the report I received. They arrived 48 hrs. later and
actually took pictures while on my roof to show there were
no holes and to set our mind at ease. Also, once you
become a customer, they will clean your gutters as well for
$50.00. This is an approved installation company by
the Cedar Shakes and Shingles Bureau.

called Peter and he provided an estimate on 9/21/07
to repair the shingles on my roof. I kid you not, I
called repeatedly and sent an email to arrange a
start date and never got a response. I suspect
caller id allowed him to ignore repeated attempts to
discuss a start date. Finally, on 10/30/07 I used an
alternate cell phone and he answered. I asked why my
calls and email had not been answered. He said he
could not use water because of the restrictions. Had
that been true I still would have liked a response.
I told him that Leesburg had no water restrictions.
Next he said he was busy. His friendly demeanor of
9/21 was now very rude and unpleasant.
I wished him good luck and terminated the call.
Don’t rely on this firm for your roof repairs.

Perfect Pavements to build and create a patio in the back of
