Architecture Review Board (ARB)

Beginning Oct 1, the ARB will hold one meeting per month on the second Wednesday of each month at 7pm EST at the Woodlea Manor Clubhouse.  The ARB meets to review and approve architectural changes done to your home.  This includes exterior modifications, painting, fencing, landscaping, etc.

  • Be sure to submit an ARB review application, and receive approval prior to starting a project. 
  • Applications should be sent to TWC Association Management.
  • Please allow adequate time for your application to be processed; applications must be in TWC's office five business days before the next ARB meeting.
  • TWC reviews plans before forwarding them to the ARB. If information is missing, it will be requested from you before your application is mailed to the ARB.

General Guidelines for Application Submission

  • Review ARB Guidelines for requirements specific to your project.
  • Include a copy of the plat for your lot with the improvements drawn in.
  • A minimum of four adjacent neighbors must sign application as proof of notification only.
  • Faxed applications are acceptable as long as they are legible.
