Great Room
The clubhouse contains a large great room (approx. 22.5' x 30') that is available for
rent by Woodlea residents. This room has vaulted ceiling,
hardwood floors, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, and kitchenette
facilities (sink, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and microwave).
A grill, tables and chairs are available for your use as needed.
It is the perfect room for parties and gatherings.
Clubhouse Rental Guidelines - updated
February 2008
- The rental fee is $150 for use of the Clubhouse from 6:00 PM
until midnight.
- The rental fee is $50 for a two hour event until 6:00 PM
Monday - Friday.
- A refundable deposit of $350 for damages and cleanup is
required.
- TWC must be advised if alcoholic beverages are to be served
and/or if live entertainment or a disc jockey will be used.
- Activities are restricted to the Clubhouse. Pool deck
is not to be used unless prior arrangements for lifeguards have
been made.
- Occupancy limit is 60 on the first level of the Clubhouse.
- The upstairs room is not available for rent.
- You must be a Woodlea Manor homeowner to rent the
facilities. If you rent the facility, you must be present
for the entire event.
Pool Party Guidelines - updated March 2008
- The pool may be rented for private parties from closing time
(8 PM) until midnight during the week and until 1 AM on Fridays and
Saturdays.
- Fee for rental is $250 plus the hourly fee for each
lifeguard (one guard is required per 25 guests).
- A refundable deposit of $400 for damages and cleanup is
required.
- Pool parties are limited to 100 persons.
- No live music is allowed.
- In the event of bad weather and party cancellation, the
Conservancy will work with you to reschedule an alternate date
at no additional charge.
